The chintzy fuse arrangement by the auxiliary radiator fan has long been a source of problems. When one cover fell off the fuse box, it was time to replace the unit. I bought an auxiliary fuse block from JC Whitney. I removed the old fuse boxes (they just snap out) and riveted the new block in its place.
Install and attach the old wires to the spade connections. Only four connections are needed, there are two spares. Install appropriate size fuses.
This unit comes with a waterproof clear plastic cover that snaps on to the main unit.
